But you deserve to be fulfilled in other ways too. Think about what you expect from a job. How many hours do you want to work? Do you want to keep studying? Will your job offer you chances of promotion and professional development? Does the job you're interested in offer maternity leave and childcare? These are all good questions to ask yourself when you are considering your work options and the directions you want to take in your work life.

Conditions? This covers everything about your workplace including fair hours of work, fair wages, holiday pay, sick leave, superannuation, the provision of a respectful and safe work environment, protection and prevention of harassment and on-the-job training. You have to consider all of these elements when you are deciding what kind of job you want.
